Nonlinear Healing and Psychotherapy

For anxious minds and sensitive hearts

  • Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy (EXA) offers the opportunity for individuals to explore patterns or themes in life that may not feel accessible through verbal communication. The transformative power of EXA exists during the creative process and has little to do with the participant’s final product. It is a studied and effective therapeutic intervention that I find valuable in my practice.

  • Evidence-based Therapy

Traditional therapy interventions are valuable and often yield positive therapeutic results. Ideally, evidence-based interventions are paired with compassion and understanding from the practitioner.

  • Person-centered Therapy

At the core of each therapeutic alliance is empathy and humanity. Without both, very little trust can be established, which is limiting in the context of therapeutic growth. Person-centered therapy is as it sounds: meeting a person where they are in their journey on this planet.
