A bit about my perspective and approach:
As we face daily stressors, both positive and negative, we typically develop strategies to help us manage our day-to-day experiences. Some of these strategies are adaptive and some are not, and some may even become harmful over time. Creating space to evaluate our own patterns of existence in how we relate to ourselves and others is a critical component of any therapeutic process. Here are some of my clinical approaches that I often utilize in practice:
Expressive Arts Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Person-centered Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
Emotionally-focused Therapy
Trauma-focused CBT
Somatic awareness
